If you plan on volunteering at the school or attending field trips with your child, you MUST go through a Confidentiality Training and Background Check. Please attend one of the meetings with Alicia Brown, Science Hill FRYSC Coordinator, as there will not be any other training. If you don’t attend one of the two trainings, you will not be allowed to go on field trips. Training will take place on Thursday, August 20th at 6:00 pm and Thursday, September 17th at 6:00 pm.

Are you the guardian of a grandchild or other relative under the age of 18 in your home? If so, you are invited to attend our monthly support group. The group meets once a month and shares experiences at the Pulaski County Public Library – 304 – North Main Street, Somerset. We have programs and speakers designed for grandparents and other relative care givers. A free lunch is provided. This free service is provided by the Family Resource and Youth Service Centers of Pulaski County, Somerset and Science Hill Schools.

The next meeting will be held on Monday, August 24th at noon.
