FRYSC Vision

The Kentucky Office of Family Resource and Youth Service Centers in the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall establish the national standard of excellence in the provision of school-based family support.

Science Hill FRYSC Goal

The Science Hill Family Resource and Youth Service Center's main goal is to assist the student's and their families to meet community, social and classroom needs. The center is open from 7:40 AM to 3:20 PM.

Relatives as Parents Support Group

Are you the guardian of a grandchild or other relative under the age of 18 in your home? If so, you are invited to attend our monthly support group. The group meets once a month and shares experiences at the Pulaski County Public Library – 304 – North Main Street, Somerset. We have programs and speakers designed for grandparents and other relative care givers. A free lunch is provided. This free service is provided by the Family Resource and Youth Service Centers of Pulaski County, Somerset and Science Hill Schools.
