The Schoolhouse Health Staff will be available at LCMA for physicals, sports physicals, immunizations, and sick visits. If an appointment is needed, please contact Nurse Kayla at 606-423-3341 or the Schoolhouse Staff at 606-872-9659. All 6th grade students must have an updated immunization record and physical on file. These can be turned in this summer to the front office.
Just a reminder, if your child has a fever at any time, for any reason above 100.4, they cannot return to school until they have been fever free without the use of Tylenol or Ibuprofen for 24 hours. If you have any questions, please contact Nurse Kayla.
